I am finishing up a one touch 2d game for Android and iOS devices using Unity3d. Android development is finished, however, I have noticed that when a user deletes the game, the local user score variable is permanently deleted as well. Since I am using the Google Play Plugin for Unity3d, the scores are automatically uploaded to Google play servers. Everytime the game is started, I want to check to see if the user has scores uploaded to Google and if so, check the scores against the local variable to see which is higher, and set the higher score to the local variable.
In addition, I do not have a Mac, so I cannot compile and properly test the iOS version. I would need version testing for this, and to change the script code to check and see what device the game is on, and to switch leaderboards from Google Play to GameCenter depending on what the device OS is (Android or Mac), In addition to keeping parity between the leaderboard and local variables as well.
