Custom video recording Android app

I need an Android video recording app that guides user to shoot 5 short video clips and than combines these clips into one video file and exports the video file.
App will also have the functionality to add certain predefined images and texts as static watermarks on top of the video.
Basic functionality will be:
-Users pushes NEW PROJECT button to Start a new project
-Record 5 pieces of small video clips - each 10 seconds long
(with a predefined order: Video 1 —> Video2 —> Video3 —> Video4 —> Video5)
(Display a 10 second timer counting down on the screen during the shooting of the video)
(stop the recording automatically once the 10 seconds timer is down to zero)
(Ask user to Confirm or Reshoot the video once the recording stops)
(If user pushes the Reshoot button - start a new recording - if user pushes Confirm button - save the clip to the project and bring the dialogue for Video2 and continue same process until Video5 is saved)
-Apply predefined watermark images or texts on top of the each video clip
(user will be able to edit these watermarks later on)
-Combine 5 small clips into one video file
-Export the video
-Save the video as a project for user to edit the watermarks images and texts on each clip later on
