Purpose: Hybrid mobile application (Android and iOS) for a soccer team.
General requirements.
System of e-tickets purchased through the APP through a QR code that can be read at the stadium gate with a phone, where the ticket is validated only once, this to make way for the assistant.
AMATEUR USER Requirements
1. Create your own user.
2. Buy tickets through the app.
3. Sending purchased “digital” tickets to your contacts.
4. Tickets must have a QR that will be read at the stadium door by a hand scanner (define logistics) or a phone (with the administrator app)
5. Buy items online.
6. Tickets must be downloadable as pdf, so that the user can print them if they wish.
7. The seats will be numbered. (Logistics must be explained)
8. 3 user categories: member, subscriber and fan. A requirements survey must be carried out by type of user.
9. Reserve a soccer field, basketball tennis court, etc. in the club's sports complex (this is another function that has nothing to do with the stadium, but rather a service to members and fans or users of the club facilities)
10. Ticket sales for other events (both inside and at other facilities)
11. Participate in promotions.
Control Panel or Dashboard Requirements
1. Manage users; create users, or upload user lists in bulk (the administrator must upload an excel with a specific format), edit, download lists and generated information
2. Manage products (tickets, prices, images).
3. Assign tickets to user (Define logistics since for security, there must be a document that supports this assignment to be able to assign the ticket)
4. Create promotions (Define logistics)
5. Manage spaces assigned to advertising (Define location of the spaces in the app)
6. Redistribute stadium seating assignments.
7. Creation of user groups to send notifications.
8. Send push notifications to specific groups.
9. View box office and virtual store statistics (from the app).
10. Set up and manage promotions
11. Create events to sell tickets for other types of club events in another location.
