Development of Cross-Platform Mobile & Web Application (Phase 1 – MVP)

We are looking for an experienced development team or individual to build the first phase (MVP) of a cross-platform system, consisting of a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a complementary web platform. The main objective is to create a solid and scalable foundation for future advanced features, such as blockchain integration and token systems. ⸻ The idea: To create a citizen participation platform where citizens can allocate part of their city taxes to various organizations or social projects registered in their city, through tokens, bypassing the state intermediary. The citizen pays taxes to the municipality, the municipality transfers tokens as a reward to the citizen, the citizen allocates these tokens to different organizations or social projects within their municipality, and these organizations then claim them back from the municipality in fiat currency. In this way, citizens participate in the life of the organizations, utilizing 100% of the taxes, and preventing corruption. ⸻ There are 3 types of users within an ecosystem where an internal token will flow: CITIZENS SOCIAL PROJECTS MUNICIPALITIES Citizen Dashboard It should allow: • Create and access their profile • View available social projects on the platform, with the ability to filter them by type, city, etc. • Receive tokens from the municipality • Transfer tokens to social projects, only within their own city • View their token balance • See which projects they supported and their progress Social Project Dashboard It should allow: • Create a profile, define project type, title, description • Receive tokens from citizens • Transfer tokens back to the corresponding municipality • Upload updates in a news-feed style, including proof of project execution (photos, documents, etc.) Municipality Dashboard It should allow: • View and manage the entire ecosystem of citizens and social projects within their local administration/city • Approve new citizen registrations • Approve new social project registrations • Send tokens to citizens • Receive tokens from social projects • View the total tokens issued, distributed, and claimed by social projects and citizens Phase 1 Scope and Requirements 1. User Registration and Authentication • Secure registration/login (email/password in this phase). • Support for three user types, each with specific roles, permissions, and access levels. • Flexible design to allow for future authentication methods. 2. Onboarding and User Profiles • Interactive onboarding/tutorial (story or carousel style). • Basic user profiles with editable information, tailored to each user type. 3. Web Platform • Simple web interface for registration and login. • Designed to evolve into a dashboard with advanced features in future phases. 4. Backend and Database • Cloud database (Firebase in phase 1, but planning to migrate to AWS or equivalent in phase 2). • Secure, structured, and scalable design. • Proper management of the three types of users and their interactions. 5. Administration Panel • Basic internal dashboard to view users, their types, and statistics. 6. UI/UX Design • Clear, modern, and intuitive interface for both mobile and web devices. • Responsive design for future expansion. 7. Code and Documentation • Clean code with a modular structure and separation of duties. • Source code delivered in a Git repository. • Clear documentation on architecture, configuration, and future scalability. 8. Deliverables • Fully functional mobile apps published on the App Store and Google Play. • Basic and functional web platform (registration and login). • Cloud backend and database deployed in production. • Internal administration panel. • Documentation and access to the Git repository. Stage 2 would include Blockchain, smart contracts, and a dedicated token. Integration can be planned for Phase 2 once the core system is stable. We are now seeking proposals and budgets for Stage 1, the MVP.
