We need a Flutter app that can scan automobile license plates using Tesseract and save them to a SQLite dB. The app needs to run on iOS and Android. The first tab should show a live image preview while scanning a plate, once scanned, save the license plate to the dB along with the date/time it was scanned and GPS location (latitude, longitude) as well as show a modal dialog with the license plate. The second tab should provide a scrollable list of all license plates scanned, when pressing a license plate it should take you to a second screen showing the text from plate, date scanned, GPS location, and have a Back button.
