Grab-Style Ride-Hailing App Build

I’m ready to commission a full-featured ride-hailing solution that mirrors the core flow of Grab. The scope covers two native mobile apps—one for passengers and one for drivers—delivered on both iOS and Android. Each side needs its own dashboard showing current trips, earnings or fare details, and trip history, while a separate web-based administration panel should give me real-time visibility of users, vehicles, pricing rules, and payouts. Key requirements • Phone-number authentication for every user, including secure OTP verification. • Fare calculation from pickup to drop-off with the ability to push promo codes later on. • Integrated payments: riders can choose Cash at the end of a trip or pay instantly via GCash. • Live GPS tracking, driver-passenger matching, and status updates (accepted, on the way, arrived, completed). • Clear driver analytics (daily/weekly earnings, completed trips) and passenger receipts generated automatically. • Admin tools to block, verify, or edit drivers and to adjust fare parameters on the fly. Please build the back-end APIs, database schema, and basic deployment scripts alongside the apps so I can host everything independently after hand-off. A brief technical rundown of the chosen stack and a walkthrough video of the finished system will complete the delivery.
