A Linux/Android expert is needed to enable an android table to communicate to another USB device (Beaglebone) using the USB port.
Although, the android has a slave USB. It will be using an OTG hub where a beaglebone will be connected to as well.
Presently, we are using a hardware USB to Ethernet adaptor to communicate to the Beaglebone. However, this takes a lot of power from the hub. Therefore, a better solution is to communicate via the USB ports directly.
The communication is a TCP/IP where the BeagleBone has it USB already mapped into a local IP.
have the Android have a local IP mapped to the USB port.
