Mobile Ionic PWA for on the field activities management

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Mobile Ionic PWA for on the field activities management. The PWA should have the following features:

- Offline functionality: The app should allow users to perform tasks even when they are not connected to the internet.

- GPS tracking: The app should have the ability to track the user's location.

- Task management: The app should provide a way for users to manage their tasks efficiently.

I have a preferred technology stack for this project, which is Vue and Ionic. However, I am open to suggestions if you believe there is a better technology stack for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience with Vue and Ionic, and be able to develop a reliable and user-friendly PWA.
