Hi there, Got the idea of app which help individuals to renovate their house or any kind of contract basis works. Client/customer simply upload photos of house/shop etc with detailed description and post. On other side, Contractor will regsiter with app, take subscription and check the post of clients. Whichever will suit them they can bid on it and client will get notified when a bid will submiited by contractor. Client will check all the bid and choose to whom they want to talk, client can chat with contractor and so on. I would suggest, don't put subscription feature for Client/Customer/Individual.
