Need an interactive Image processing Dental Android app

Job Description:
The user should be able to capture images of tooth using their phone camera and app should compare with existing images and display what is the problem they have and how many tooth is impacted based on the preloaded images as attached in the ppt.
Lets say if user has multiple issues, it should display both issues along with number of tooths.
UI must be interactive(like a cartoon character) guide user to take pictures.
