Set up android project

We have android app project that uses webview and shows some media to users (images and video files).
It's need to:
- Set up webview to make voice input on webpage (the example page with voice input - [login to view URL] - click mike icon in livechat),
- Set up android app to support 64-bit architecture,
- Including media files (images and video files) - our app is oversize the play console limit. It's need to transfer media files from apk file to App Bundles files and make it work.
