SMS delivery tests Afganistan MTN

I need someone from Afghanistan who has access to the reliable wi-fi/data
internet connection has an android smartphone (android version above 4.1.) and is a subscriber of MTN Afghanistan operator.
We will send a lot (around 100 - 150) of different SMSes to each of the operator's SIM card and check the delivery rates. The whole process will take around 1 hour - 1,5 hour for each operator.
During the test, the smartphone MUST be connected to the wifi or data connection, so that we can monitor the results of the tests.
