Write an iPad application for proof of delivery -- 2

Ipad App ONLY APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT IF YOU ARE WELL VERSED WITH XERO API DEVELOPER KIT AND ARE ABLE TO INTEGRATE XERO CONTACT DATABASE WITH THE IPAD APP A simple Proof of delivery app is needed to capture the signatures of those attending our office to collect documents. We have a high number of visitors who wish to collect their documents rather than we mail it to them. At present we collect their signatures on a book register but find this manual process not professional or befitting the current trend of automation. We wish for an Ipad App to work as follows: User enters OUR OFFICE to collect their passport. App started (fast opening time is a must) – We enter Surname, Company Name to search. The app should connect to [login to view URL] and use our customer base for the Name and Email address details. List will be displayed showing Applicant Full Name, Invoice No, Email Address and Mobile Number. APPLICANT will then be SELECTED by staff user. IPAD is handed to APPLICANT. If match not found – then Manual entry selected AND IPAD is handed to APPLICANT. MESSAGE APPEARS- I HAVE CHECKED AND VERIFIED MY VISA AND DOCUMENTS AND CONFIRM THAT ALL IS IN ORDER AND ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO ME<CHECK BOX> I have collected <X> number of passports/visas. <Clicking X box brings number entry Pad for user to input number of passports/visas being collected> OK or CONFIRM is pressed and Front camera activates together with a signature box where user can use finger to sign. I would say show 2 boxes on the screen, left hand box shows image of person being photographed and right box is waiting for signature. Once signed User clicks OK and a photo is taken (sound of photo capture should be used) and his signature displayed. Option should be given to retake picture or redo signature. Final confirm button sends image and signature to registered email address on account whilst BCC’ing us on our general email address. If MANUAL ENTRY was selected then just email directly to default address which we will provide. Some agents who use our service are not registered on xero – the app should allow us to quickly register these agents and their email addresses in the app so that we can search just via their names. A remarks section should be given for surname of person collecting as usually it is not the applicant themselves. Design – We need a nice looking design with our logo being the focus.
