Build a Hybrid Mobile App using Ionic 4

We are building a hybrid app using ionic framework or React Native. The developer has to closely work with us and deliver a high quality Hybrid App. Preferably dev should be based out of hyderabad. Scope : - Understand Requirements and involve in brainstorming sessions - Should be able to use UX templates and build the UI screens to the perfection - Develop the Mobile app using the right design patterns to extensibility and modularity - Unit testing for all the modules - Mobile app should work in Android and IOS - Publish to Google Play Store and Apple App Store - Establish the proper way to update the app as needed - Should use the latest frameworks (Angular 8, Ionic 4, etc.,) We can consider Angular expert as well who does not have experience in Ionic and is willing to learning and get the work done ontime.
