Looking to create a web based application/web site. This application will use a 4 stage approach where users can enter stage data into a canvas.
Each canvas can be represented as a grid. Within each cell of the grid a user can add notes data elements. Each elements has the attribute title, notes and comment(s). Some attributes can also be added to the notes depending on the specific grid.
The web site will allow users to see a dashboard with all projects for his group(portefolio view), then the user will be able to see details of a project (project dashboard) and from there click on the 4 stages button to go to a specific grid and see that grid.
and grid data elements can be linked to each others.
Users will be able to add comments to each specific notes data elements in a grid. Notes data (know as comments) can be seen per portefolio, project of per data elements.
I attached 4 screens that are showing the early design for the UI. Details will be added for the freelancer selected to work on the project. I also added some details about the relationship for the various data elements.
From a technology standpoint we want to use a stack based on:
MongoDB, NodeJS and Angular.
To simplify the work we also want to use the following bootstrap/Angular Components and teamplates for the product.

Some additional points:
* must be ready for i18n, each labels form the site must be translated,
* We retain full code ownership, i.e. code is delivered and owned by us.
* The overall tool is similar to that site ([login to view URL]) but with a more limited set of capabilities and cavnas.
We are looking for a freelancer to work with us on the delviery of the full application. However we will probably also continue working with the freelancer afterwards.
More details will also be provided for the various user stories/epics to be covered by the site/application later.
