Job Description:
"As a company that transports personnel and students, we want to develop a software to make our daily operations easier and faster. This software will manage our current transactions, track our vehicles, manage our projects, record our trips, and track our earnings.
In the Currents menu, we will be able to record and track companies, suppliers, and customers. In the Vehicles menu, we will be able to record and track our own vehicles and supplier vehicles. In the Projects menu, we will be able to manage projects for our customers and make service agreements. In this menu, we will also be able to set prices for routes and sales/purchases.
In the Trips menu, we will be able to record personnel and student transportation trips and track when they took place, at what time, for which project, with which vehicle, and with which driver. In the Earnings menu, we will be able to record sales from customers as receivables and purchases from suppliers as payables based on the trips recorded in the Trips menu. In the Cash Flow menu, we will be able to track amounts of debt and credit that customers and suppliers have outside of the trips.
Additionally, the software will be developed using Angular web technology and will be made to be accessible on mobile devices as a Progressive Web App (PWA). There will also be data-base controls such as not allowing the same vehicle to be registered for a trip at the same time. There will also be a user authorization feature so that only authorized users can perform certain actions, making the operations of our company more secure and controlled.
