Quick Flash Actionscript help

Hi, I have the following problem: I'm trying to simulate the scrolling of an iPhone ui list but having issues with the drag and drop of the list: Hand cursor no longer responds and list gets scrolled to the top even though is covered by a mask, also can't get to scroll the whole list.
