American 2D animation - Need for Promo/Potential animation series

This is an animation project that will follow a tone set like the early 2000’s Titan AE / Justice League Unlimited Era. The story is about a kingdom of psychics who used to be slaves and now struggle against the world for a better future. The animation is for a 30sec to 5 minute promotional for fundraising and awareness, with the possibility to commit to a large franchise, as this project is the 4th book in a 7 book series. Conditions:: I am partially deaf, so I will need English speakers, American citizens only, and I will need from animators: verified public profile, NDA, contract of non-compete, Do Not Sell Personal Info. contract, payment agreement forms. I will also need your prices for 30 sec / 1 min / 3 min / 5 min / 10 min animations of 8 FPS / 12 FPS / 24 FPS animations in 2D panels of aspect ratio 4:3. I will be providing Script, Storyboard, Concept Art, and potentially Music and Actors, I just want my money to fund the animation, and potentially storyboarding and remaking concepts I don’t have time for. I don’t need extra services, or a standard package. This project is immense in detail, as each episode is written to contain information across 7 books with the intent to turn them into their own series. Do not apply if you do not have an extensive portfolio in American Animation. I like Anime, but it is not appropriate for this project.
