3D Animator for 100-130 traits in an NFT project + 5 indivdual rare pieces

We have created 2D cartoon artwork consisting of individual traits that need to be made 3D for layering to create 7,777 individual NFT pieces
There are 5 unique rare pieces to create (2D -> 3D comparison example attached for quality check, please only apply if you can produce in this quality)
Outside of the rare pieces the bases are much simpler (some 2D traits attached for reference. Examples of consistent rocket size and different riders + one completed 2D art piece).
1 consistent rocket design that requires reskining across 30-40 skin
c. 30 unique riders but no movement and shapes kept simple for animating
c 16 random traits
c. 20 emissions / thrusters
c. 20 "pockets" that are very simple and will not take long
a range of backgrounds that do not require animating
There is no movement required but will need lighting to be adjusted to look professional. The overall goal of end pieces will be NFTs that people will use as profile pictures.
It is crucial that each segment is created in such a way that any individual layer can be replaced and still sit properly in the frame.
Timing is somewhat urgent with a deadline of 21 February but a sizeable bonus is payable on early completion
