coursera like tutorial video making

This project seeks a one-off sample video making only, but will lead to an association for starting an ongoing work. We are looking for a individual / team who can work with us on long term association for making video tutorials for courses. We are setting up a video recording studio for this purpose and need following roles - 1. storyboarding - we plan to create courses for schools, using the regular school books in the syllabus, example - maths of Class Vth, science, English etc. We need to develop storyboard for animated tutorials with/without a talking head. 2. Animator - experienced in adobe after effect / powtoons / animaker or other suitable 2D animation software. 3. Voice-over artist - male / female voice for explaining subject concepts to students of the age of 10 -16 yrs. 4. Video Editor - We will provide talking head videos recorded, and the video editor shall have to prepare the finished tutorial, mixing and merging the beginning, talk, animated tutorial and closing part of each video. Experience in adobe premiere / after effects Send in the details of what inputs will be required by you to begin, the sequence / process of execution that can get one tutorial video created (assuming a 4 minute well-finished video containing mix of talking head video and 2D animation also in some part of it)
