Fix Maya Animation Rig to match Motion Capture Data and Rig

I have 2 3D characters both rigged and skinned to be used with Motion capture system "Perception Neuron MOCAP system". My main problems are in the Fingers as they never follow the animation as they should, I'll provide you with Maya Files of the characters and some FBX motion capture takes recorded by " Perception Neuron MOCAP system" to use to figure out the problem and fix. the Deliverables are Maya Files of each character that can work with any FBX animation files generated by " Perception Neuron MOCAP system" it's not a skinning issue , even thought the skinning could use an upgrade, but the main problem is in the rigging or in HumanIK system that reads the data to apply it to the characters. I added Pictures of the problem in hope it can give you clues on the work it needs.

Hello! I'm a 3D generalist with plenty of experience in animation and rigging. Looking at the pictures I can tell the problem is in the skinning of the model, wich its not weighted correctly it seems. I can fix it for you and have it ready to receive any mocap information you might want to use. If you're interested, please send me a chat message to discuss further details. Thank you! EDIT: I see the update, it may be then that the original pose from the mocap file and the rig have some differences, this can be fixed with animation layers then bake them into the output file, you dont need to award me the project yet, but you can send me the files by chat and i'll take a closer look if you want. :)
