Lifelike Animated Video for Teaching Firefighters About Interactions with Autistic Individuals

I have a 13 minute interview of a firefighter involved in an fire indecent involving an individual with autism. I use this interview in our free training that I present to first responders so they can be better prepared for incidents like this. I would like to use the audio from the interview as the narrative. I want a play by play animation depicting the story the firefighter is telling us in the interview. I want lifelike animation like in the latest video games. Nothing that seems like a cartoon that will take away from the seriousness of the lesson being taught. The purpose of the animation is to highlight the danger the firefighter was in. Also it is important to know that fire gear and fire trucks are different in the United States then in Europe and Asia.
