3D Model, Animation, Narration for Training Video

This project will be to create a 3 dimensional model to produce a training video with animation and narration. The model should include: 1) The exterior of a house 2) lawn and sidewalks 3) an electric meter (see image) 4) an electric transformer (see image) 5) a worker 6) an rd8100 transmitter and receiver (see image) 7) a buried electric line connecting the transformer to the meter The transmitter should be connected to the electric meter and the ground stake. This youtube video shows what the face looks like: [login to view URL] The buried electric line should be animated. Please see image "person finding peak". This black dot is the buried electric line, looking from the end. The red lines are a magnetic field around the electric line. Another example is 2:45 of this video: [login to view URL] The final video should be able to show the electric line without the magnetic field. It should also be able to show the electric line with the magnetic field, with the lines "pulsing" to show movement. Using this model, a video should be produced. Narration: "This video will explain how to locate the peak signal of a buried utility" Camera from an angle showing the house, meter, transformer, worker with receiver, and the ground cut away to show the buried electric line. Narration: "With the transmitter powered on, there is a signal on the electric utility" Animation showing the pulsing magnetic lines turns on. Narration: "Our locator will find the peak signal over the buried electric line. The camera should move to over the workers shoulder. The face of the receiver should be clearly visible, or it should be displayed separately. The receiver should be 1 foot left of the buried electric line. Narration: "There are four indications of having a peak signal. One, the receiver is in peak mode." The peak mode on the receiver display should be highlighted. Narration: "Two, the signal strength is between 10% and 90%." The signal strength graph should be displayed, and the 10% and 90% marks should be highlighted. Narration: "Three, the compass is oriented N/S." The worker should twist the receiver, changing the orientation of receiver. The compass should rotate with the receiver. The worker orients the receiver so the compass faces north/south. Narration: "Four, if you move the receiver to the left or right, the signal strength drops." The worker moves the receiver to the right. The signal strength goes up to 70% when it is over the electric line. The worker continues moving the receiver to the right. The signal strength decreases. The worker moves the receiver back to the left over the electric line. The signal strength peaks when the receiver crosses the electric line. That is the end of the project. If this project is successful, a larger project will be pursued that expands this to a neighborhood, multiple buried utilities, and a series of 10-15 training videos
