UE4 VR streaming and animations

Hi, I look for UE4 VR expert to develop some tasks 1. Make a) a traffic accident scene including vans, bus, cars, street buildings, passengers, 2. Record the motions of characters every moment (tranformation and skelatal animation) in UE4, and then able to replay and apply the recorded motion on the same character. 3. Real time streaming the UE4 VR game screen on a web. 4. Provide at least 10 characters and 10 set of animations (the animations prefer to can be smoothly linked together, e.g. a character walk in the street, stop at a point and then talk with another character) in the scene. 5. the animations of the character can be controlled in a web.
