I need an RF engineer to review the design of a Dielectric Filled slotted waveguide array that I designed. I need a full simulation using CST or similar deliverable: • Final 3D CAD: STEP (.stp) and/or Parasolid (.x_t); panel assembly and split block parts. • 2D manufacturing drawings (PDF + native CAD) with full dimensions and tolerances. • DXF/DWG: slot patterns, connector hole locations, and any gasket/seal cutouts. • Materials list / BOM: metals, dielectric (alumina), fasteners, plating, adhesives, gaskets, finishes. • EM simulation package: project files (HFSS/CST), simulation settings, and parametric studies. • Simulation results: • S11parameters 9–12 GHz (plots + Touchstone + CSV) • Input impedance 9–12 GHz (plots + CSV) • Surface current distributions at 10.5 GHz (images + data) • Far field patterns at θ = 0°, ±30°, ±45°, ±60° (plots + CSV) and 3D • Slot synthesis tables: per column slot centers, lengths, and offsets (CSV). • Assembly instructions and tuning plan (if any trim adjustments are foreseen). • Qualification / acceptance test report with measured data and comparison to targets.
