Develop Subdomain for client communication

Scope Document: Background: We conduct research and analysis to support our clients. Our deliverables are in form of power point presentation, Excel Sheets and in form of PDF. For all such research and analysis, we receive requests from category managers and buyers (around 35 individuals) in our client organizations. They are expected to populate a form so as to share the scope of work desired (refer questions listed in the last section of this document). EmpoweringCPO in turn delivers the report or document desired and the same will be uploaded on the website / tool. Once the document is uploaded an intimation email will be sent to the Requestor, he or she will accordingly download. The requestor should also be allowed to share the link with other team members working on the same project, and they accordingly should also be allowed to download. After the report has been delivered and consumed, the user (requestor or anyone else) should be allowed to provide ratings on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is excellent. The 4 Parameters / factors that would be rated are as follows: 1) Turn Around Time 2) Market Intelligence 3) Supplier Intelligence 4) RFI / RFP Development & Support In addition, the tool should also provide a free text comment box for the user to convey anything else as may be appropriate. The tool should also provide all the reporting that is possible, this can be across the following lines: 1) Assignments completed, In Progress, Overall etc. 2) Assignments across month 3) Assignments across Category Managers 4) The tool should provide all kind of filter and data presentation options Technology: Our current website is on WordPress; can you comment how you would take this further in terms of technology and other features.
