Keyword Research for a niche (only knowledgeable keyword experts, please)

Keyword expert needed to find the top 100 most profitable keyword phrases in a particular niche. Keyword phrases must be high search/low competition. Hi KEI to % ratio. Proof of the viability of those keyword phrases must be supplied to me. These must be the best keyword phrases in this particular market that show the most potential profit with the least competition. Researcher must know how to study all the factors and use a tool such as Keyword Elite or other such advanced software/methods to complete the task. Will file a complete spreadsheet to me with all the phrases and all the data to support the choice of those keyword phrases and demonstrable evidence of the choice of keyword phrases. Also competing sites must be included showing what they have targeted. Only someone who understands keyword research thoroughly and deeply should bid on the project. This is not about giving me a list of keywords from Keyword External or Firefox SEO plugin. This is about giving me solid research which proves the viability of the keyword phrases.
