I want to redesign and add additional features in my website. [url removed, login to view] has one version of how the site will look. The links give an indication of the functions. Read the attached draft specs in conjunction with the above URL. Other important aspects: 1. It will be a text based site without any fancy graphics. We may have just a few background images and some pointers (arrows). So, I like good developers with good coding skills. Knowledge of graphics, animation etc is not required; rather not desirable. 2. Three different kinds of page layouts are required - home page, pages for employers, and pages for jobseekers. 3. This will be version 1.0 of the product. In this version, the CVs of jobseekers are stored offline. 4. Some of the core components that are required (which may or may not be obvious when you read the specs.) are: a.) a form mailer for processing posted forms with multiple attachments b.) dynamic form generator to generate a form based on inputs in a preliminary form c.) search module with multiple search criteria allowing boolean operators. The code must be W3C compliant. I follow XHTML 1.0 Strict. I expect the coder to follow good coding practices and also to annotate the code properly. I will provide the content for the webpages. I will also provide masterdata that is specific to my site. I expect you to give me a preliminary quote with time estimates along with details of projects executed by you and ask all the questions that you want to. I am flexible and open to suggestions. Base on feedback received, we can finalise & freeze the specs and the price.
