WEB DESIGN

I am looking for a special Webpage design for my law firm and other businesses.

We are a very different legal business. You should get a feeling of strength and security but also unique, _results oriented_ businessman. We use the law as one tool of the businessman. I want the website to allow links to companies or things I am involved with that also have websites.

Something very special not just a traditional billing hours law firm.

Graphics and animation are okay but I do not want glitzy low class stuff like a Gambling website.

I also need webpages for my other operations-

Business Brokerage

Business Valuations

Real Estate Brokerage

Troubled Business Consulting (Financial First Aid)

Each of these should have some text, perhaps a few graphics and pictures and a way to contact me.

I want to accept and list businesses for sale in the business brokerage area.

Should be able to track statistics as well as visitors to the sites with details.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Written documentation on how to update and make basic changes to the Website.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
