My Main site is [url removed, login to view], hosted at Godaddy, Apache linux using a Parallels Plesk. I was on the 9.4.4 version of Plesk and tried up dated to 10.4 last night. This morning most sites were down. When I enter Plesk it has a warning:
"New files of configuration for Apache web server were not built due to errors in configuration templates. The detailed error message was e-mailed to you, so please check the e-mail, fix the errors, and click here to retry generating configuration"
I didn't get that email but I went to support at Godday and they gave me this link to help me out.

The link suggest the cause was:
1. Mailman package is not installed on the server.
and it goes on to give the Resolution fix. But I am needing help with the package installation. Also there are some things to be corrected:
Parallels Plesk Panel 10 employs a new business model. The essential business objects were automatically converted during the upgrade: clients were converted to customers, domains to subscriptions, and so on. However, several extra steps are required to complete switching to the new model. The steps depend on the way you used a previous version of Plesk to organize your business, so they cannot be performed in a fully automatic manner. Please complete switching to the Panel 10 business model.
I have 9 domains and it says there are some very small configs to do in plesk to get me straight. SO I need a quote for getting me back online. ASAP like now... If you know what you are doing it wont take but a half hour or less all included.
The main site is back up but the others are not. [url removed, login to view] for example is not.
