I’m building the first release of MissionHealth, a multi-tenant SaaS that helps people craft a healthy self-image, write a personal mission statement, create annual health goals, break them into milestones, and execute daily actions using the “4 Laws of Habit”. Three distinct login areas are required: • Individual users – they must be able to set and track goals, pick physical / mental / spiritual techniques that energise them, and monitor progress in clear reports. With including making and execution of nutritional plan • Health-setup business users – eg Gyms,fitness centres, sports centres,coaches,trainers,mediation centres,yoga instructur,who log in to design and push customised techniques to their clients and see how each client is progressing. • An Admin dashboard – for user management, plan management, metrics, and system health. Core flow for individuals: choose a segment (physical, mental or spiritual), select preferred techniques, schedule the what / when / where / how, then track adherence. The app should translate the 4 Habit Laws into prompts, streak counters, and reminders so users can learn, iterate and improve the skill of “building health”. I need a clean, responsive web interface, secure role-based authentication, and a backend that keeps user data separated yet lets business accounts oversee their client group. Please outline the stack you propose, any third-party services for notifications or analytics, and a realistic timeline to reach an MVP with automated testing and deployment in place.
