UPI Payout API Setup

I need a fully-functional UPI payout account that exposes an API I can call with nothing more than the receiver’s UPI ID and the amount. I should be able to preload the account, fire the request, and see the money land instantly. My current account on one provider is already KYC-verified, yet their API keeps failing, and both Decentro and BulkPe trials hit roadblocks. I am therefore open to any bank-as-a-service or fintech partner you recommend, provided each transaction costs no more than ₹2-₹3; most payments will be in the ₹20-₹30 range, so cost efficiency is critical. What I expect from you: • Identify the most reliable, low-cost platform (your choice, not limited to the ones I named). • Complete any additional onboarding or compliance steps with that platform. • Integrate my existing account or create a new one if it proves cheaper or more stable. • Deliver a tested REST/JSON API endpoint with clear request and response formats, sandbox credentials, production keys, and concise setup documentation. • Prove success with at least three live payouts to different UPI IDs.
