Project Overview: EVALUATION CALL ONLY We are a small business currently using an outdated CRM system to manage our client database and service operations. The new solution should allow us to efficiently schedule tasks, assign service teams, manage maintenance contracts, track engineers, and handle timesheets, while accommodating approximately 2,000 existing client records. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate our current CRM system and propose the best solution (upgrade or migrate to a new platform). • Implement a field service management solution that includes: • Client database migration (~2,000 clients). • Task scheduling for specific service teams. • Support for different maintenance contract categories (with and without intervals). • Service item tracking per client (different systems, items, and service history). • Engineer tracking (location, assignments, progress updates). • Timesheet management for field engineers. • Integrate with relevant tools, if needed, to improve efficiency. • Provide user training and documentation for our team.
