The part that matters here is keeping mail live while SPF, DKIM and DMARC are aligned with Microsoft 365 and Apollo—creating the mailboxes alone won't give you reliable sending. I'd configure and test each account, connect Apollo through Microsoft's authentication flow, update DNS without interrupting MX delivery, then document every record and verification result. When you wrote “domain setup completed with Google GMT”, did you mean the DNS is hosted with Google Domains or Workspace, or a different Google service?
