Reclassification of WhatsApp Templates from Marketing to Utility

We’re facing an issue where our WhatsApp Business templates are being flagged as Marketing, even though all messages are strictly event invitations and not promotional content. We’re looking for an expert in WhatsApp Business API and Meta Business Manager to review, rewrite, and ensure all templates meet Utility classification standards. Key Tasks: Full audit of current templates and identification of rejection triggers. Rewrite or create new templates compliant with Meta’s Utility policies. Provide a simple style guide (do’s and don’ts) for future submissions. Deliver a clear step-by-step process (recorded video preferred) for template submission and approval. Goal: Ensure smooth delivery of all invitations and eliminate risks of message failure or account suspension. We need someone with proven experience converting templates from Marketing to Utility and strong knowledge of Meta’s approval workflow.
