Namaste. Seedha cause se shuru karta hoon, kyunki aapne wahi specifically poocha hai. Deleting the integration inside Whinta does not release the number. The number is still attached to the old WhatsApp Business Account on Meta's side, and Meta will not share a number that is still an asset of another WABA. That is exactly what Ineligible, this number can't be shared with this app means. Aapka number theek hai, Whinta bhi theek hai. So the fix sits at WABA level, not app level. The number has to be removed from the old WhatsApp Business Account in WhatsApp Manager first, then registered fresh against the new app. Ek honest baat before you choose anyone. If that old WABA was created and owned by the provider rather than inside your own Meta Business Manager, then only they can release it, or ownership has to be transferred to you. No freelancer can bypass that, and anyone promising otherwise has not actually looked. So the first thing I do is check who owns that WABA, because that one fact decides whether this is a thirty minute job or a support ticket with Meta. Two more things that block re-registration even after release.. the two step verification PIN from the old setup, and the number still being live on the normal WhatsApp app on a phone.
