Web Service QA Testing

I need a skilled QA professional to put my web service through its paces and give me clear, actionable feedback. Your mission is three-fold: • Functionality – verify that every user flow and API endpoint works as intended, flagging any regressions or edge-case failures. • Performance – capture response times and resource usage under realistic and peak loads so I know exactly where bottlenecks lie. • Usability – explore the interface from a fresh user’s perspective, noting points of confusion and opportunities to streamline the experience. Please design the test approach, run it, and deliver: 1. A concise test plan mapping out functional scenarios, performance benchmarks, and usability heuristics. 2. Executed test evidence (screenshots, Postman/JMeter logs, browser recordings, etc.). 3. A defect log with severity levels and clear reproduction steps. 4. A final summary report highlighting critical findings and recommendations. Automation with tools such as Selenium or Playwright is welcome for repeatable functional checks; JMeter, k6, or similar can be used for the performance portion. Usability observations may be manual or supported by lightweight analytics. I will grant access to a staging environment and provide any documentation you need.
