Add Reviews & WhatsApp Chat - E commerce website build

My WordPress site needs two quick but important upgrades. First, I want visitors to leave both star ratings and written feedback directly on my pages. The review section has to display average scores, let me moderate comments from the dashboard, and blend visually with my current theme so it looks like it was always there. Second, run a WhatsApp Business account and would like a click-to-chat button—sticky on mobile and desktop—so prospects can message me in one tap.
