Trabajo a diario con automatizaciones en n8n y APIs tipo osTicket/Vapi, y justo lo que describís (leer estados e historiales y disparar una llamada que actualice el ticket) es un patrón que ya tengo muy rodado. Para un flujo “completamente automático” y siempre encendido, la debilidad de hacerlo solo en Make es el coste por operación y la dependencia del escenario para cada consulta; con n8n autoservido tenés ejecución ilimitada, mejor control de errores y un orquestador más sólido para cuando crezca el volumen de tickets. Montaría un flujo en n8n que consulte osTicket, normalice el historial, invoque Vapi y, según el resultado de la llamada, actualice el ticket vía API con logs, reintentos y un pequeño informe de pruebas. Podemos incluso dejar un conector mínimo hacia Make si querés mantenerlo en tu stack, pero que el “cerebro” esté en n8n para abaratar y escalar sin rehacer todo después. Para afinar la propuesta, ¿qué te lleva hoy a preferir Make en lugar de valorar n8n como motor principal en este caso?
