Syncronized mechanical or robotic 'skates' needed to move resting object.

Looking for a mechanical engineer or freelancer with the skills to bring my idea to life. I want to create a mechanical or robotic device/s that can shift an object (resting ontop) back and forth in a straight line. The devices need to make sure the object is secure whilst moving. The two devices will need to be synchronized, USB rechargeable, the range and speed of movement needs to be controllable by a phone app also. Weight and size for the devices need to be at a minimum. The devices need to be able to shift weight up to 30kg. Operating noise must be minimal to non-existent.
