This role starts with a 2-week trial period (commission-only, per qualified show-up). Why? Because we want to see if you can actually deliver results — sourcing leads, booking calls, and getting prospects to show. If you prove you can hit targets during the trial, we’ll reassess your pay structure and offer a blended model (hourly base + per-show commission) for long-term work. This is your chance to secure a stable role in a growing company, with bonuses and advancement as we expand. What You’ll Do: *Source and connect with leads on Instagram/Facebook *Use our proven DM scripts to book strategy calls *Enter prospects into our funnel (GoHighLevel) and confirm attendance *Track daily outreach, bookings, and show-ups We Provide: *Scripts, funnel, and booking system *Brand credibility (8+ years in fitness) *Limited warm past-client list for reactivation *Full training and support You Bring: *Experience setting appointments for online fitness/coaching offers *Ability to source leads (not just work warm lists) *Consistency (50+ DMs/day, daily follow-up) *Excellent written English and communication *U.S.-based preferred (South Florida a plus) Compensation: *Trial Phase (2 weeks): Commission-only, $20–$25 per qualified show-up *Post-Trial: Hourly + commission model (for consistent performers) *Bonus opportunities for exceeding targets This isn’t just a gig — it’s an opportunity to prove yourself, earn uncapped commission, and grow into a long-term role with a brand that’s just getting started online.
