Commission-Based B2B Appointment Setter

I need an outbound caller who can focus exclusively on setting qualified sales meetings with owners of small businesses. The goal is straightforward: book a minimum of five appointments every weekday, Monday through Friday, and load each one—complete with notes—into our in-house CRM. You’re free to discuss price on the phone; I’ll handle the closing afterward. Compensation is split commission ONLY, ranging from 25 % to 35 % (possibly more depending on quality of appointments set and performance of rep) of every deal that closes from the meetings you set. Because you’ll be listed as the sales rep in the CRM, you can track every opportunity and payout in real time. I supply the lead lists, talk tracks, and full CRM access so you can hit the ground running. All I ask is a professional, upbeat phone presence, solid qualification skills, and the consistency to meet the daily booking target.
