I have a set of English legal documents that must be reproduced in Arabic with absolute accuracy. Every clause, heading, reference, and footnote needs to carry over cleanly, so the Arabic version reads like an original document—not a translation. Please work in Microsoft Word and mirror the existing layout: numbered articles, indentation, tables, signature blocks, anything that gives the text its legal force. Consistency in terminology is vital; if a term repeats, use the same Arabic equivalent each time. Where the source contains Latin phrases or defined terms, keep them intact and simply add the correct Arabic explanation in brackets. Deliverables • One Word (.docx) file preserving the original structure, followed by—or presented side-by-side with—the full Arabic translation. Acceptance check I’ll run a clause-by-clause spot review to confirm meaning, layout fidelity, and uniform terminology. Questions about doubtful wording should be left as in-text comments so we can resolve them together. An NDA will be signed before I share the material, and all files must remain confidential.
