DC Architect Seal House Plans

I already have a full set of digital CAD drawings for a single-family home in Washington, D.C. Before I submit to DCRA, I need a District-licensed architect to review the files and apply both the structural and the architectural seals. The technical design work is finished; the task here is to verify code compliance, note any required corrections, and affix your stamp so the plans are permit-ready. All drawings are available in native CAD format and can also be exported to PDF if your stamping workflow prefers that. Once you have completed your review, I will need signed and sealed PDFs plus any hard-copy sets the city still requires. Please confirm that your DC license is current and that you are comfortable sealing residential plans. If you foresee minor redlines, let me know your typical turnaround so we can keep the project on schedule.
