Hello, Renovating around existing plumbing stacks and load-bearing walls means one wrong assumption can trigger weeks of rework. I have two quick questions: have you already identified which walls are load-bearing, and is the stack cast iron or PVC? I use AutoCAD and Revit at intermediate to advanced levels to produce permit-ready demolition, new-work, elevations, sections, and lighting plans. I’ve delivered multiple residential renovation projects including bathrooms. Familiar with waterproofing, residential codes, and ADA clearances. I’ll work from your measurements or take my own.
