Parametric Villa Modeling in Grasshopper/Rhino

I am looking for an experienced Rhino and Grasshopper developer to create a parametric script that generates complete 3D exterior models of modern villas, inspired by the reference images I provide. The script should be flexible enough to produce different design combinations and variations similar to the attached examples. It must allow me to control the design through adjustable parameters and quickly generate alternative villa styles. All geometry should be clean, parametric, and organized on layers with default materials so it is ready for rendering in Rhino with V-Ray, Enscape, or Twinmotion. The scope of work includes generating the villa plot and levels based on user inputs such as site outline, number of floors, and floor-to-floor heights. The script should also create massing with parametric façade styles such as curved ribbons or bold frames, with controls for corner radii, overhangs, cantilevers, and frame thickness. Glass walls should be automatically generated with customizable panel sizes, mullions, and recessed glazing. Vertical or horizontal fins and louvers should also be included with spacing and depth controls. Balconies and railings should be generated from slab overhangs, with options for glass or post-and-glass systems. The script should also include a parametric stair or ramp as a strong architectural element integrated into the massing. Site and landscape elements such as entry steps, terraces, reflecting pools, and planting zones should be included, along with lighting features like LED strips under slabs and stairs and uplights for façade fins and landscaping. The deliverable will be a well-organized Grasshopper definition (.gh file) with clear groups or clusters, tooltips, and at least three preset villa styles such as Ribbon, Frame, and Terrace. The geometry should bake into Rhino layers with assigned default materials like white concrete, glass, timber, and brushed metal. Optional extras such as a simple Human UI panel for easier parameter control are welcome but not required. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience with parametric modeling in Rhino and Grasshopper, with a portfolio that demonstrates architectural modeling and façade scripting. Familiarity with plugins such as Elefront, Human, Pufferfish, Weaverbird, and LunchBox is a plus. The project budget is open to proposals, and I would like it completed within two to three weeks.
