Prepare permit-ready drawings for an 857 sq ft commercial building converted to a hair salon, to include layout for reception, styling, shampoo, colour mix, staff/storage, washrooms, and back-of-house. Architectural Drawings • Existing Floor Plan Layout • Proposed Layout and other permit drawings Mechanical/HVAC Drawings • Prepare mechanical/HVAC drawings of existing system, verify code compliance, and upgrade if required Electrical Drawings • Prepare electrical drawings Fire Separation & Fire Alarm Systems • Prepare fire alarm and fire separation drawings Plumbing Drawings • Prepare plumbing drawings of existing system and verify compliance • Review/verify compliance for all gender washrooms • Ensure AODA compliance Engineer Stamp/Seal • Stamped Drawings for Vancouver Engineer Stamp/Seal • Provide Schedule B • Provide Schedule C when the job is completed Please note, my budget is strictly between $200 and $500.
