My Suggestions. - Use a clear tag/layer naming standard and scene set (interior/exterior, LOD toggles) to keep navigation fast and tidy. - Use low‑poly/proxy components and 1k–2k PBR textures with atlasing to keep the file light without losing realism. My Execution Plan. - Review PDFs, reference photos, and key views; confirm units and scope. - Set up a clean SU 2021 file; bring in PDF underlays; set scale and axes. - Model the shell and structure to within 5 mm. - Build interiors and exteriors fully with reusable components; group and tag logically. - Apply materials with correct UV scale; fix seams; create a shared material palette. - Add site, landscape, and façade details; optimize LOD for real‑time. - Set 5–7 scenes per your brief; tune shadows and styles. - QA: dimension checks, tag audit, purge/clean, embed textures, avoid external links; test open in SU 2021. - Export high‑res JPG/PNG; share for notes; iterate and finalize. - Deliver the .skp with organized tags, components, scenes; provide dependable handoff support.
