Hola veo que pusiste que debe de estar en Cali la persona, yo vivo en cuta esta bastante retirado, pero puedo viajar y estas por dos días, yo relazo levantamientos rápidos, tengo mi medidor digital lo que me hace mas rápido tomar las medidas con precisión. yo supongo que tienes la persona del lugar que puede abrir la casa y esta en el sitio mientras se toma la medida y todo el tema. engina yo podría tomar las medidas, también es importante si sienes planos de catastro o lo que puedas tener. el primer día podría tomar las medias y hacer el levantamiento inicial. al día siguiente verificar cualquier duda. entiendo que es mas conveniente para ti una persona del lugar porque seria de menos costos. ha, puedes mirar mi portafolio y reputación, para serte sincero tendrías que libera la mitad en un hito inicial para poder tener para los gastos de traslado, hospedaje y viáticos. estamos a tu orden. Amigo te recomiendo que pongas que el proyecto es local, cuando lo estés configurando pone la ubicación del proyecto no donde tu estas, eso te ayudara para que oferten personas de Cali. o por lo menos solo personas de Colombia. que tengas buena tarde.
