Modern Villa Plans & Renders

I have a three-storey villa concept that now needs clear, build-ready 2D floor plans and a set of striking exterior visualisations. The drawings are strictly for architectural planning, so dimensions, wall thicknesses, stair details, and service cores must be precise enough for engineers to pick up without redrafting. Please prepare them in AutoCAD (DWG) and supply clean PDFs for quick mark-ups. For the exterior, think sleek modern lines: extensive glass, prominent marble wall cladding, and minimal visual clutter. I’d like photorealistic renders that show the building at eye level and from a bird’s-eye view, in both daylight and an evening setting with architectural lighting. If you prefer SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, or Lumion, any of those pipelines are fine as long as the final images are sharp and at least 4K resolution. The site must read as a fully realised space, so bring the landscaping to life on every side of the plot. That includes: • A swimming pool that visually anchors the rear garden • Lush yet easy-to-maintain planting beds and lawn areas • Comfortable outdoor seating and dining zones that tie into the pool deck Deliverables: • Three separate 2D floor plans (ground, first, second) in DWG and PDF • Elevation and section sheets if needed to clarify heights and facade articulation • Minimum four high-resolution exterior renders (two daytime, two nighttime) • A landscaped site plan matching the rendered views • Native 3D model file I’ll supply my current hand sketches and reference images as soon as we start; you refine, model, and render. Accuracy in the plans and a coherent modern aesthetic in the visuals will be the key acceptance criteria.
